Description:Our client - a wildly successful firm - is seeking a part-time on-site supervisor.
Now, here’s the fun part!
Your time will be divided between working as an On-Site Lead with our client, and working side-by-side as a Recruiting Coordinator with our internal Meador staff.
This will allow you the opportunity to learn the culture and inner-workings of two flourishing companies, and experience both the staffing and engineering industries!
Job duties of Recruiting Coordinator/On-Site Lead:
  • Attend onboarding experience for both client company and Meador Staffing Services
  • Supervise and provide support to at least 10 employees on site at client site for a minimum of 16 hours per week
  • Oversee onboarding and termination of temporary employees as needed• Maintain and follow procedures and protocol for both client company and Meador Staffing 
  • Communicate closely with recruiting team at client company, and supervisor at Meador Staffing• Recruiting for 2-3 positions consistently for a quickly growing company
  • Schedule 50+ phone screens per week
  • Identify 7-10 candidates per week for in-house interviews• Personally meet and conduct in-person interviews for several engineering-related positions
  • Maintain on-call responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
  • Answering client and employee emails and phone calls after hours and on weekends
  • Conducting screening and interviews after hours, when required
  • Counseling and/or terminating employees as needed
  • Initiating and maintaining communication between client company and Meador Staffing Services representative(s)
  • Keeping up-to-date employee records, tracking and auditing employee time logs, and sharing important communication with all on-site employees
In the Recruiting Coordinator/On-Site Lead role, your schedule - as dictated week-to-week - will fall between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm, Monday-Friday. 
(Please note: on-call responsibilities may require additional time after hours, over weekends, and during holidays.)
Starting pay for this role is $16-18 per hour, depending on experience! 
Job requirements of Recruiting Coordinator/On-Site Lead:
  • 3-5 years of prior supervisory/employee relations experience, preferably in retail or customer service roles
  • Flexibility to work between the hours of 7:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday; availability to handle on-call situations as needed
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with an ATS (applicant tracking system) is a huge plus
