Description:Account Representative
This person will report to the Facility Manager and Administrative Manager
•    The AR's main responsibility is to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner both in the WMS as in the customer's system / deadlines are met / communication with external parties such as carriers and freight forwarders and internal parties such as operations / EQS / accounting is coordinated.
•    Accuracy of documents and data entry.
•    Professional and effective communication.
•    Organization skills
•    Filing of completed files in a structured archive
•    Inventory control
•    Problem solving
•    Maintain a high level of professional relationship with the assigned customer(s)
•    Perform invoicing by following tariffs and conditions determined in the rate agreements
•    Perform tasks in a fast paced environment
•    Ability to plan, execute and complete tasks with little to no supervision
•    Participate in customer meetings with Sales & Operations
•    Auditing of the department processes via Mini-Audits
•    Daily coordination with the Packaging and Shipping & Receiving departments, Finance and Commercial department i.e. Maintain a good regular internal communication
•    Analyze the KPI's of the Admin department and report them in due
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook,
Internet Explorer).
SAP and other customer computer systems.
High school diploma or GED or 1 to 3 months related, and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
Effectively present information and respond to question from groups of managers, clients and customers
Ability to add, subtract, and divide in all units of measurements, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratios, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in writing, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Skilled in problem solving, planning /organizing, customer service, able to work in a team environment.
Skilled in written communication and Quality driven.
